The products sold through this Site are branded under the Focus V trademark, owned by Focus V LLC (a United States entity) and licensed to the Seller for distribution in the European Union. References to "Focus V", "CARTA SPORT", "AERIS", "SABER", "Intelli-Core" or other Focus V product names throughout the Site refer to the product brand.
3. Age Restriction
All products on this Site are intended for adults aged 21 years or older. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to verify age and refuse or cancel orders if we have reasonable grounds to believe the buyer is underage.
We do not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of 21. If you are under 21, you may not use focusv.eu.
4. Product Use and Vaporizer Disclaimer
The products sold on this Site are concentrate vaporizers, dab devices, atomizers, and related accessories. These products are designed, manufactured, and sold as hot air extraction devices intended for use with legal essential oils and aromatherapy blends. The lawful and proper use of any vaporizer product or accessory is a required condition of sale.
By purchasing vaporizer products, you represent that you are 21 years of age or older and that you agree to follow the instructions contained in the product documentation. Improper use of vaporizer products may void any applicable warranty. Any illegal use or resale of vaporizer products could subject you to fines, penalties, and imprisonment under applicable law in your jurisdiction.
Vaporizer products are to be used only by persons knowledgeable in the field of aromatherapy. Only legal, safe, known, identifiable, and commercially developed and marketed essential oils or aromatherapy blends should be used in any vaporizer purchased from this Site. Keep vaporizer products and all similar products out of the reach of children.
The information in this section and in any other cautionary instructions, product documentation, and literature included with any vaporizer product was developed for informational purposes only. None of this information is intended to be a medical or prescriptive guide. No essential oil or aromatherapy blend should take the place of any prescribed medication.
Neither the manufacturer, the Seller, nor their respective affiliates, directors, officers, or shareholders is responsible for the misuse of any vaporizer product or the misuse of any essential oil or aromatherapy blend. You and any other user of such products are solely responsible for the use of such products and the consequences of such use.

5. Ordering and Contract Formation
When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order, which we confirm by sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order before shipment, including in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraud.
All prices on the Site are shown in Euros (EUR) and include the applicable Spanish IVA (VAT) unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination.
6. Right of Withdrawal

Focus V content is not for resale. Your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorised use of any protected content. To the maximum extent permitted by Spanish and EU consumer law, the Seller's liability is limited as follows:

- For other losses, our total liability is limited to the value of the order giving rise to the claim
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- We make no representations or warranties about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, or accuracy of the information, software, products, services, and related graphics contained on the Site for any purpose, except as required by applicable law
Statutory consumer rights are not affected by this clause.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, carrier disruptions, strikes, or pandemics.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Spanish law.
For consumer contracts, disputes may be brought before the courts of the consumer's country of residence within the European Union, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 1215/2012 (Brussels I bis). For non-consumer disputes, the courts of Barcelona, Spain shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
18. Online Dispute Resolution
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 524/2013, consumers may submit disputes to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform:

Our email address for this purpose is info@focusv.eu. We are not obliged to participate in alternative dispute resolution before consumer dispute bodies, although we are open to good-faith resolution of any complaint.

Material changes will be notified to registered customers by email or via a prominent notice on the Site. Continued use of the Site after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
20. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. Any invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original.
