I had an issue with my atomizer, and since I had already registered my base and atomizer it made it really easy to contact Don at customer support to help me out and send me a brand new atomizer replacement for free! And even threw in a gift card for the wait, by far one of the most easiest ,nicest, quick responses team ever! Glad I chose the Focus V route!
