Bought an Aeris in oct. After heavy use it malfunctioned. I thought the product was good, it has nothing on their customer support. My ticket/warranty claim was resolved the same day with minimal effort and no headache. 10/10 will absolutely buy more of their stuff.

I love my focus v aeris! This thing is a lot of fun! I had a battery issue so I reached out to customer service and Anthony got right on it, got a new battery on the way and it couldn't have been smoother! Thanks so much!

Bad experience turned positive. my charger was replace by the service director. My Aeris also had an issue which he handled promptly. i wish i could remember his name! sorry bud! i have now added the carta 2 to the list to complete the Focus collection.

Hands down the best portable device you can get. This is what all vape "pen" like devices should strive to be but none ever are. I'm going to be getting a second one just in case as its that good.

Great customer service, solved a minor prob very quickly, love all the products I’ve bought so far, and enjoying the Aeris as we speak. 👍👍
