Intelli-Core® MAX Atomizer For Oil

The Intellicore Maxx atomizer I first for ended up cracking but I was able to get a replacement right away which works perfect.

Focus V has gone above and beyond I had a problem after a year of my atomizer cracking I'm not sure if I'm still covered under warranty so I check it out I wrote them and they got back to me pretty quickly and told me but they would replace my atomizer but I would have to wait until August for the max to come in I said okay I'm fine with that why have you on here can I ask you if it's normal for the oil to leak into the base like this without saying yes or no they warranty my base and atomizer and their shipping out as we speak this is great customer care I cannot even explain how easy this was thank you for caring about your customers Focus V

Focus V Customer support is incredible! Very timely help, friendly reps, didnt even have to wait for them to repair my carta, they just had me send it in and went ahead and sent me a new one! Also helped me out with replacing a cracked intellicore max.

Best company and vape device out, had a Puffco v2 w the 3DXL, then the max came out. Sold my Puffco first time I tried a max. Got my carta 2 w the max atomizer and couldn’t be happier. Bigger clouds, better base, better customer service. Better all around. Thankyou focus V.

Long story short I ordered for the atomizer but wanted the Max. Support was fine with me paying the difference and get the Max the upgrade atomizer. They were cool during the process and I knew the whole time where my package was over I had an amazing experience with the Focus V team and support. I fully endorse Carta or the Aeris products.

Don and the Focus V support group really took good care of me for my atomizer issue. They really made an impression with the customer service.

Best product on the market, Customer Service has come along way too. Immediate responses sometimes its awesome. Highly recommend registering your products for warranty. Everything I ve had issues with has been resolved swiftly. I wish they sold repair kits for the atomizers. There are second hand options but id rather support this company because they are great. Great deals with texts and emails - and holiday sales that are CRAZY. 50% sometimes. Highly recommend. I bring it around and everyone compliments it.
