I have had the carta 2 and saber for a few years. It’s great and always a hit at gatherings. The customer service is amazing. I have had a couple small issues and they were quick and always resolved my problems.

I am beyond impressed with the Customer Service I received from Focus V. I bought a Carta 2 nearly a year ago and something wasn’t right from the beginning but I honestly thought it might be operator error. I bought a completely new atomizer and the same issue occurred so I reached out for an exchange. I was sent a warranty base and new atomizer plus a free SABER for the “inconvenience” of delayed shipping. Inconvenience is in quotations because the whole process from sending it out to receiving my replacement took less than 2 weeks. I was in communication with the team the whole way and their responses were hasty, kind and informative! I would 100% recommend purchasing this product and trusting this company because they’ll definitely make it right if things aren’t up to par.

Best customer service I’ve ever experienced! They kept me updated almost every day throughout the warranty process. They handled my claim very quickly and professionally, plus I got a saber for my patience! Totally unnecessary but extremely awesome though! Really appreciate everything they did for me. Def gonna recommend all of their products to everyone
