I really appreciate how if you do have a problem talk to customer service and there very nice and want to work with you for a mutual fix. They really surprised today because I had an issue with a sport I got but they definitely went above and beyond what I feel any company would've done. Thanks guys and especially customer service

We started off on the wrong foot and now I will leave the other brand for good lol. My sport base died in 5 days but I wasn't concerned because the warranty. I sent back and saw they were sending a carts 2 base and informed them. I really didn't get a response and enjoyed the 2 but still emailed about the sport because that is what I wanted. They recognized our confusing emails and I now own both plus $25 credit. I'm loving both, although the 2 is now my gfs lol. Thanks for doing right focusv!

Oh man, I just started to vape and the Sport is my first, and only. It is excellent and so is the Customer Service. Being a Newbie i had a few questions and they responded immediately and with a great suggestion. I hit a Homer with both the store and the Sport. She's charging right now.

Great company...not only do they make some of the best devices on the market,they absolutely stand behind them and honor their warranties for the product...great customer service truly there to help, not prevent loss

These people are so incredible! I had a defective product and even though it was a pain to deal with the situation, the team at Carta really helped me through the whole process and in the end completely took care of my problems. I wish everyone else would do business like this company does.

Focus V has great products! They also have excellent customer support. I was having problems with my device and Don(customer support agent) helped me sort everything out. Don provided different solutions to fix my problem. Now, thanks to Don, my device is working good as new!

Have had a focus v product for 2 years. i had an issue with the carta body and they helped me file out a warranty claim right away and made it super easy. 2 years later, i had an issue with the atomizer and yet again, their customer service was impeccable and another warranty claim was filed. easily saved me $400.

Best electric device ever. Unfortunately ran into a heating issue, and thankfully the Focus V took care of it with ease and also great customer service. Heating issue is fixed! and i’m so thankful to be able to use my Carta again. So much love to the Focus V Support team, especially Don and Dylan who assisted me thru the whole process <3

Had an issue with my USB port melting shortly after buying it. And the support team at carta helped me every step of the way and got me a replacement unit in about a week and a half. Amazing company couldn't be happier with my carta.

I had my Carta for 3 weeks and a button failed to work. The Focus Carta team were very prompt and my unit was replaced. My experience has been nothing but exceptional!!!!

Man! Don took absolutely great care of me, my carta was having and issue possibly caused by me or who knows but they had me send my defective device in and had me a new one with in like 4 days of receiving and testing mine! CARTA HIT HARDA‼️🦧

These guys were very supportive, helpful, and really went the extra mile when it comes to customer satisfaction.
